While Blasting Station worked well with tokens and outputted damage, this one manifests the concept of "grinding" as milling cards and turns that into infinite graveyard-based combos with Underworld Breach: It's also broken Commander containment, seeing play in Modern even after Breach was banned there

That makes Viconia a solid choice for grindy black decks with lots of self-mill, sacrifice outlets, or disposable creatures like Doomed Dissenter
